We have an Engineer having issues with Altera 13.0sp1. Would you please let us know if this version will work with Windows 10 64-bit or if an update is required? Here's the error message he's receiving but he doesn't give us the online search points he's using:

"When I try to run the Altera NIOSII command shell, I get the errors below and does not run. Online search points to this being cause by a Win 10 update.

Thanks,
Agustin

This is not an application we support in IT.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
