I have updated the version of ruby on cygwin.com to 1.8.7-p22-1.

This is an update to the latest upstream version 1.8.7, patchlevel 22.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
