This release features an overhaul of python-wheel.cygclass to handle multiple concurrent Python minor versions. Note that this is an ABI break, as inheriting python-wheel no longer exposes python[23]* functions or PYTHON[23]* variables. Accordingly, python[23]-wheel.cygclass are now just compatibility wrappers and should be considered deprecated.
