Dear list,

I would like to report a bug in the swig 2.0.7-1 package which prevents
swig from parsing certain %extend directives, in my case %extend
destructor directives. The bug results in swig crashing due to a
segmentation fault. The bug has been reported upstream:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3530078&group_id=1645&atid=101645
and a solution for the issue has been found and committed to the swig
repository.

Kind regards,

Mark Hesselink

The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

*** swig-2.0.7-2
*** swig-debuginfo-2.0.7-2

SWIG reads annotated C/C++ header files and creates wrapper code (glue
code) in order to make the corresponding C/C++ libraries available to
the listed languages, or to extend C/C++ programs with a scripting language.

This release adds Fedora's patchset to fix a number of issues with stock
2.0.7; version 1.3.40 remains available as the previous release for
those who need it.

The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

*** swig-2.0.8-1
*** swig-debuginfo-2.0.8-1

SWIG reads annotated C/C++ header files and creates wrapper code (glue
code) in order to make the corresponding C/C++ libraries available to
the listed languages, or to extend C/C++ programs with a scripting language.

This is an update to the latest upstream version.
