See http://serf.googlecode.com/svn/tags/1.3.0/CHANGES for more details about the changes in this release. More information about serf can be found at http://code.google.com/p/serf/. CYGWIN NOTES: ============= The 1.3.0-1 package for 32-bit Cygwin had a packaging problem and was replaced by 1.3.0-2. The 1.3.0-1 for 64-bit Cygwin was fine and was not replaced. DESCRIPTION: ============ The serf library is a C-based HTTP client library built upon the Apache Portable Runtime (APR) library. It multiplexes connections, running the read/write communication asynchronously. Memory copies and transformations are kept to a minimum to provide high performance operation.
