I have uploaded mintty 2.9.3 with the following changes:
Terminal features [Hotfix]
 * Fixed failing recognition of single-char ESC sequences.
Terminal interaction
 * Enhanced ligature support redisplays previous cursor line (#601,
mintty/wsltty#123).
 * Support switching rectangular mode while mouse-dragging selection.
Configuration
 * Option Enable132ColumnSwitching to enable 132/80-column switching
initially(#196).
 * Option value LigaturesSupport=2 (#601, mintty/wsltty#123).
