The following Perl distributions are newly available in Cygwin:

The following Perl distribution has ben re-released with a patch to
address the problem noted in [1].

perl-JSON-XS-3.02-2p1

Please note again that upstream doesn't support perl threads in all
their modules, including JSON::XS.
