A new release of GMP is promoted from test to current that that
re-instates a new feature of the previous 6.1.0-1 release:
Speedup for Intel Broadwell and Skylake though assembly code making
use of new ADX instructions.
The previously reported problems with that code have been discussed with
upstream and this release contains an unreleased upstream patch that is
confirmed to fix it.
