I use "Remote Desktop Connection" from my Windows XP station on my "Windows
Server 2003", and start a bash shell.
After Minimizing my "Remote Desktop Connection" and restore it, sometimes my
bash shell receive multiple ^D (Ctrl-D) when I active it and press a key, so
closing it! Other situation produce the same problem like : start a new bash
shell and run "ssh localhost" send ^D to the first shell!
Unfortunately I can't produce a test case, sometimes the problem occurs
systematically, and after that never for 100 times.
Thanks in advance, Philippe.

No, I'm guessing that no one has or uses this particular combo (Remote
Desktop from WinXP to Win2003, using Cygwin bash), so they'd rather not
waste bandwidth saying "Huh?".
OK, fine.. "Huh?"
As our illustrious visionary(ies) would say, "PTC", if you can find your
way to downloading Cygwin source, building and debugging it. Or (since
