[ANNOUNCEMENT] new setup.exe released

A new setup.exe has been released. Download it from the usual place
(http://www.cygwin.com/setup.exe)

This is a combination bugfix and feature update. The key elements of
interest are a fix for the 'libpcre0 not installed' issue, and the
release of the nascent resizable chooser.=20

WARNING: The resizing feature is still rough. Bug reports on this
feature are NOT solicited. Patches are.

Frank Richter, Igor Pechtanski, Ralf Habacker, Jerry Hedden, Max Bowsher
and Gary R. Van Sickle.

Excellent!  I just tried the new installer and it correctly installed all
the base files.  No more missing 'libpcre0' for 'less'! :-)  Thanks for 
this fix Rob.  And thanks for the resizable chooser window.  That works 
too. ;-)

Yes, thanks for the resizable window. This makes the installer much
more pleasant to work with.
