Hi Zixiong,
Your software is using an old version of cygwin1.dll, meaning HEG is
using an
old version of a library (DLL), called cygwin1.dll
You can read about it here:
https://cygwin.com/faq.html#faq.using.fixing-find_fast_cwd-warnings
Tell the provider of HEG they should update the library, and provide you
with an updated version of the software.
