Is this replacing python3[6-9]-imaging{,-tk}? They look similar:

$ cygcheck -cd python39-imaging{,-tk} python39-pillow
Cygwin Package Information
Package              Version
python39-imaging     8.4.0-1
python39-imaging-tk  8.4.0-1
python39-pillow      8.4.0-1
$ mkfifo pipe1 pipe2
$ cygcheck -l python39-imaging{,-tk} | sort >pipe1 &

$ cygcheck -l python39-pillow | sort >pipe2 &
[2] 872
$ diff -u pipe1 pipe2
