Using debugedit on a binary built with DWARF-5 (-gdwarf-5, default in clang
15+) results in
"Unknown DWARF DW_FORM_0x25"
and an unstripped binary in the package.
0x25 is DW_FORM_strx1 - a DWARF-5 extension.
