Dudes, you might have all noticed that to use PSGML mode with
emacs-20.3 and later, you need PSGML version 1.0.3 instead of the
1.0.1 which was being distributed.
A few months ago I had put out the new RPMs, but somehow they got lost
in the shuffle when I moved things to the sourceware site.
I have put psgml-1.0.3 RPMs back online; you can find it at
ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/docbook-tools/docware/
