The first section I am getting repeated over and over again with a lot
of text inbetween each time. Then I get the second section at the end.

These are the packages I have installed that install the source files
listed.

docbook-dtd: docbook-xml-4.3.zip, docbkx412.zip, docbook-xml-4.2.zip

docbook-sgml-dtd: docbook-4.3.zip, docbook-4.2.zip, docbk41.zip,
