Summary: Unable to edit redboot fconfig fields from telnet
                    session
           Product: eCos
           Version: CVS
Platform: ixdp425 (Intel XScale IXDP425 board)
        OS/Version: ARM
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: low
         Component: RedBoot
        AssignedTo: gary@mlbassoc.com
        ReportedBy: jvasco@verizon.net
         QAContact: ecos-bugs@ecos.sourceware.org
             Class: ---

If redboot is access via a telnet session, the backspace key does not work for
editing fconfig fields; on the main prompt it behaves normally. Switching to
serial interface, fconfig behaves normally.

You can use "fconfig -d" to edit these fields via a telnet session.

I think the documentation here:
http://ecos.sourceware.org/docs-latest/redboot/persistent-state-flash.html
should be clarified, at the very least mentioning that connecting via eth is an
example of a time to use fconfig -d.
