Ilija, there is the same check there:

#if defined(CYGFUN_KERNEL_API_C) &&             \                               
    defined(CYGSEM_KERNEL_SCHED_MLQUEUE) &&     \                               
    (CYGNUM_KERNEL_SCHED_PRIORITIES > 12)

and you would expand the check to verify CYGMEM_REGION_ram_SIZE.

I seemed for me SIZE >= 64 Kib is sufficient condition for the fptest.
