Add support for Atmel AT91SAM7A3 processor, and MCI interface

The attached patch adds support for Atmel AT91SAM7A3 processor, and it's
Memory Card interface (MCI), which was also not supported. This patch does not
add a driver for the MCI interface, it contains only the register difinitions
exported d from the datasheet.
