Patch

For the VNC server test application to compile,
CYGNUM_VNC_SERVER_INCLUDE_VNC_PRINTF must be set to true.
CYGNUM_VNC_SERVER_INCLUDE_VNC_PRINTF is set to false when CYGPKG_MICROWINDOWS
is part of the configuration.
