proposed fix for this defect.

Hello,

these formats truncate the given 64 bit value to 32 bit.

example:

diag_printf("%llx %llu\n", -1LL, -1LL) => ffffffff 4294967295

the correct output would be (with the attached patch):

diag_printf("%llx %llu\n", -1LL, -1LL) => ffffffffffffffff 18446744073709551615
