I want to compile the eCos for MCF5272EVB which is supported by eCos. But I
got the
follow error message:

3_ram.ldi:53:1: pasting "." and "romvec" does not give a valid

I have marked the line 53. This file is included in the link command file,
but I can't find
GENERIC_SECTION command in the syntax reference of ld script language. What
does it mean?

Sorry, I am a newbie for eCos. Could anybody help me?
thx.

The version in anoncvs is not supported.
http://ecos.sourceware.org/hardware.html clearly lists the target as
non-functional, as does
http://ecos.sourceware.org/ecos/boards/mcf5272c3.html
