Hi
Greetings

I have ported Redboot along with stubs. I am able to debug using the serial
port. But with TCP/IP I am not able to debug.

1. The connection is established between GDB and board.
2. I am able to download a file.
3. I am able to view registers and memory.

If I give continue it is not stopping at breakpoint. But it is stopping in
case of serial port.

Is Full TCP/IP stack porting is necessary for operating GDB using remote tcp
?

Please reply

Thanks
Khasim.

GDB stubs with TCP/IP is only supported via RedBoot. Start with it.

Hi

Thanks Gary

I have already ported Reboot and I am able to debug from host using remote
serial connection. I am able to connnect through TCP/IP also. I am able to
see the register and memory contents and able to download a file.
But I am not able to debug If I give cont it is not stopping at breakpoint.

Thanks again
Khasim.
