Here is my powerpc-eabi-gcc version to answer my problem:
[root@p00012049 configurations]# which powerpc-eabi-gcc
/opt/ecos.mbx.2/gnutools/powerpc-eabi/bin/powerpc-eabi-gcc
[root@p00012049 configurations]# powerpc-eabi-gc
powerpc-eabi-gcc powerpc-eabi-gccbug powerpc-eabi-gcov

What eCos application are you running? How did you build it? What
compiler options were used (for all the steps, including the linking)?
