This is not how you build a MicroWindow application. Look at
the mw CDL (services/gfx/mw/current/cdl/microwindows.cdl). The
options "CYGBLD_MICROWINDOWS_ECOS" and "CYGBLD_MICROWINDOWS_ECOS_APP"
can show you how to build a complete application.
