* [ECOS] How can I wait for a thread to complete

What is the correct way for my main thread to wait for the completion of
a worker thread to complete, before calling cyg_thread_delete()?

The worker thread has various cleanup it needs to do before exiting,
after which it simply returns from the thread entry function.
