I did one more test:

- accept() does not hang when eCos ppp connects to a pppd server under
Linux(knoppix). 
- The TCPOPT_CC is not received by eCos ppp when connecting to pppd
Linux.
- Linux log from successful connect from eCos ppp to to pppd server
attached.
