1.3.1 is very old and many bugs have been fixed since then.
You should probably use a current CVS snapshot -- especially if
you're tying to build SNDS support (it isn't in 1.3.1).

Use arm-elf-gcc this one one if you're using 2.95.2.

I read you're supposed to use arm-ecos-elf for 3.0x:
