[ECOS] how do I unsubscribe?

I have tried to unsubscribe from this list, and have been unsuccessful. 
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?  I sent to
<majordomo@cygnus.com> the following:

unsubscribe ecos-list shortcircuits@juno.com
unsubscribe ecos-discuss-list shortcircuits@juno.com
unsubscribe ecos-discuss shortcircuits@juno.com

and I received the following:

The list moved to a new host a month or two ago; the unsubscription
method has changed.  You can see the announcement about the list move at
