Does the networking stack work on the linux synthetic target...

If so, then what's the procedure.. and special include files or settings
etc....?

If not then what needs to be done?

Regards,
chaman.

The TCP/IP stack will not function out of the box on the Linux
synthetic target. Additional support is needed within the synthetic
target to provide the necessary I/O facilities. Much of the work has
been done, and will hopefully be integrated in the core system in the
coming weeks. Please see the thread "Regarding pseudo-driver for Linux
synthetic target" in the ecos-discuss mailing list archive at
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/ml/ecos-discuss/2000-03/
for further details.
