hal_pc_generic_interrupt_vector = . - 4

what is the meaning ?

I can't find this in the current sources. If this is eCos 1.3.1, I would
recommend you switch to anonymous CVS for the PC target as there have been
substantial improvements: http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/anoncvs.html
