[ECOS] Tests on at91/eb40

Hi
Ok, Now i am able to build the tests and i even managed to compile the hello
world program with gcc and load it to the board and run it. yep. but if i
want to start the tests out of the conf.tool nothing happens. I can select
the tests and run it, but nothing happens. what have i to do? (you need to
know that i am a really beginner with this all stuff (gcc,gdb,insight and
ecos)). redboot is also on the board. i can connect to it with the
hyperterminal from w2k, but i can't with gdb-console only with insight.
although i set remoutebaud and so on..
why nothing happens with this tests out of the conf.-tool?
why i cant load them with insight to the board (just came error: cant load
exec (or similar))?
Someone here who can tell me what i am doing wrong or can give some step by
step tips?

You have to go to File->Target Setup and choose Remote/Serial, your port
and baud rate first.

As for the console, describe _exactly_ what commands you type, and what you
see.

You have to go to File->Target Setup and choose Remote/Serial, your port
and baud rate first.

As for the console, describe _exactly_ what commands you type, and what you
see.
