none of the public targets uses the intel_bootblock component.
The include directory in it is just a copy of 28Fxxxx/include (was until a few minutes ago :)
The src directory looks like the edb7xxx flash with minor modifications but not
enough to make it generic enough.
Could this go away?

It can be the cause of confusion (all Intel parts are actually 28FXXXX, BootBlock are the B and C
parts and are supported in 28Fxxx)
