I have turned off Nagle, thus can send small packets
when needed, but sometimes, there is a long pause,
200ms waiting for an ACK to keep sending data. I
think this is related to the TCP slow start issue. Is
there a simple way to tune this via an configuration
option?

Or some way to not wait for an ACK if the TCP window
size is large enough to accept the next packet with
some margin?
