Hello,
we have just got ready out new platform "ARM Industrial
Module AIM 711" with an ARM7 processor (Samsung S3C4510)
with integrated ethernet support.
I consists of a small module in SODIMM 144 card format with
8 Mbyte RAM, 2 MByte FLASH, ethernet, RTC, EEPROM and an
extra 16550 compatible high performance serial interface.

For development there is a base board available, which
offers all the connectors needed.

Maybe this is interesting for you?
Best regards,
