OK, so I found the devs folder one level up from the URL you originally
sent. I thought I was going crazy for a few minutes.

Not being familiar with NE2000, I did an internet search. It seems to be
some sort of "standard", I assume for a MAC level Ethernet interface.

So the question is, are there are any ARM9 eval boards available which
contain a NE2000 compatible MAC?

There is a complete package of ethernet driver based on ne2000 device
is given under devs folder. Also given is the cdl for the ethernet driver
package.

None of the boards I see there (except the Integrator) have ethernet. The
Ethernet drivers are the part I am worried about. Maybe I am wrong to worry
about that. Maybe I am missing something

As I understand it, the integrator is a mix and match eval board system. So,
I am not sure whether the Ethernet add on is supported by the public ECOS
release.

So, again, Ethernet is the problem.

The search continues ....

Hi Andy,

http://strawberry.resnet.mtu.edu/pub/gcc/ecos/contrib/hal/

Please use this link and in here examples of hal of architectures
like arm, i386 and ppc is given using a particular board.

This sounds great! However ...

Admittedly, I am new at perusing the trees of ECOS packages, but I have yet
to find a correspondence between a part number of one currently available
ARM 9 eval board which has Ethernet hardware and a public ECOS release. I'll
get better at understanding what is there over time (I'm reading many docs
at present), but in the meantime, does anyone know offhand of just ONE such
board?
