Subject: [ECOS] build insight5.0 for ppc
Date: Fri, 02 Feb 2001 01:06:00 -0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <30961.981104733@www27.gmx.net> (raw)

Hi all,

I tried to build insight5.0 for target powerpc-eabi on a Cygwin PC.

I got:

In file included from /src/gdb/insight-5.0/sim/ppc/sim_calls.c:43:
/src/gdb/insight-5.0/sim/ppc/../../gdb/defs.h:60: conflicting types for
`strsignal'
/usr/include/string.h:70: previous declaration of `strsignal'
make[2]: *** [sim_calls.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/tmp/build/gdb/sim/ppc'
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/build/gdb/sim'
make: *** [all-sim] Error 2
make: Leaving directory `/tmp/build/gdb'

It seems that DEFS_H should be defined.

Thanks,
Oliver
