    Hi,
            I am using the configure command as below, and the version of the
tools is
ecosSWtools-990319.

$/home/ecos/ecosSWtools-990319/src/configure -v \
--prefix=/home/ecos/ecosSWtools-990319  \
--exec-prefix=/home/ecos/ecosSWtools-990319/H-i586-pc-linux-gnu \
--target=i686-pc-linux-gnu
