How to enable tracing facilities for Linux Synthetic target? I have made the
tree with "all" template.

Enable CYGPKG_INFRA_DEBUG, and then enable CYGDBG_USE_TRACING. The default
implementation is buffered tracing. That can be changed in the CDL, or you
can configure buffered tracing to do things like print when full etc.
