I've updated the command-line ecosconfig tools for both Linux and Windows
so that they work with the current anonymous CVS repository.
If you wish to use the anonymous CVS repository, you should be sure you are
using tools version 1.3.1.2, or tools that you've built yourself from
up-to-date sources.
Let me know if there are any problems with them.
