I have looked at You should use the Memory Layout Tool within the Windows Configuration Tool to configure the ROM size. If you are not using Windows, then edit hal/arm/aeb/VERSION/include/pkgconf/mlt_arm_aeb_rom.ldi *and* the associated .h file in your repository.
