Hi,
I am having problem biulding the developmetal utils for the x86
target Platform..is there any pace from which I can download the binary
( ie exe) of these utils..please let me know.

I don't. But to do with your problem: the most common cause is carriage
return linefeed issues, so it may be worth searching through the
ecos-discuss list archives ( http://sources.redhat.com/ml/ecos-discuss ) for
whatever error message you are getting.
