[ECOS] EDB7212: Manual reset when testing

When testing the Cirrus EDB7212 using the v1.3.1.2 ConfigTool, I am asked to manually
reset the target between each test.  Is this normal behavior?  The tests run OK, but I
have to believe there is a more automatic way of resetting the target.

I am running a Windows 2000 host connected to flash-based GDB stub.

Internally we use x10 controllers to power cycle the boards; or in some
cases soldered on wiring to any soft reset buttons.

There isn't any other way to reliably reset the board.

In saying that, in the majority of cases the bog-standard platform reset
may work, but we don't support that (yet).

Julian, when you get to the "Run Tests" stuff in your pile of work, can you
make a note to ask me about adding an option to reset boards using the
remote protocol.
