Ray,

Check out the Freescale i.MX27, it has an MMU and a 10/100 MAC on board,
although I'm not 100% on the trace buffer (although I would think it
likely).

Subject: [ECOS] ARM926EJ-S device with Ethernet

Hello,

I am new to eCos environment.

I researched the eCos archives and found activity on porting of Redboot
ARM926EJ-S.
That makes me feel good.

Does anyone know of a processor with ARM926EJ-S core and either an
on-board or hooks for connecting to an extrenal ethernet, with a
development
board availiable of course?

After a couple of days researching on-line, the candidates that I have
come up with,
Freescale MX21, and Philips LPC3180 are missing on of my three
requirements: MMU, trace buffer and on-board or external ethernet.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Regards,

-Ray
