I guess you have to extend the Intel-code:
- add "#define <YOUR_PHY_NAME> 0x00225521" to IxEthMii_p.h
- extent the code of each function where the standard PHYs are handled
   (e.g. ixEthMiiPhyScan, ixEthMiiPhyConfig, etc.)
