[ECOS] Minor errors in "RedBoot User's Guide"

As I read "RedBoot User's Guide", I found minor errors.

1.
On page

fis list [-f]

----------
Shouldn¡¯t it be: "fis list [-c] [-d]"?

2.
On page

I think there is a misspelt word "occopy" shold be "occupy" int the 
"Arguments" table.

Is there a redundant "make" in above sentence?

Thanks, I've applied the last 2 changes.  I could not locate #1.

Next time, please send a proper patch which is much easier to
work from.
