Are you also using a real Mini2440 hardware? If yes, are you
using flash and if yes, how?

NAND is not in the mainstream and NOR is severely out of spec
and basically unusable for anything but booting (see
http://ecos.sourceware.org/ml/ecos-discuss/2011-02/msg00019.html)
