Hi Sayah

The eCos STM32F4-Discovery board HAL package includes an eCos test which
toggles the on-board LEDs:

http://sourceware.org/viewvc/ecos/packages/hal/cortexm/stm32/stm32f4discovery/current/tests/gpio.c?revision=1&view=markup&pathrev=HEAD

Once you have configured eCos for STM32F4-Discovery, you can build the
eCos tests using "make tests".
