Well, I finally get rid of the spurious interrupts. I guess the ethernet card is still trying to trigger interrupts but when the application start in RAM the PIC is programmed so that all the IRQs are masked. What I don't understand is why I had those spurious interrupt before ... Probably a bad build. Anyway there is another problem...
