I am trying to get eCos running on a Xilinx V4 FX12 FPGA using the
PPC. I am using the MiniModule from Avnet/Memec (
http://www.em.avnet.com/evk/home/0,1719,RID%253D0%2526CID%253D25726%2526CCD%253DUSA%2526SID%253D32214%2526DID%253DDF2%2526SRT%253D1%2526LID%253D32232%2526PRT%253D0%2526PVW%253D%2526BID%253DDF2%2526CTP%253DEVK,00.html
)

Following the instructions I was able to compile eCos pretty easily.
I only used the console and ethernet. Running eCos on the FPGA seemed
to work.  The console showed:

+No network interfaces found

RedBoot(tm) bootstrap and debug environment [ROMRAM]
Non-certified release, version UNKNOWN - built 22:40:21, Feb 18 2007

Platform: XILINX VIRTEX4 (PowerPC 405)
Copyright (C) 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 Red Hat, Inc.

RAM: 0x00000000-0x04000000, [0x000261d8-0x04000000] available
RedBoot>

I was then ready to input commands on the console and found the system
was locked up. Anybody have any ideas what I am doing wrong.

Thanks,
Glenn
