Subject: [ECOS] Changing RedBoot's sys_read() function
Date: Fri, 22 Jul 2005 17:08:00 -0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <C863B68032DED14E8EBA9F71EB8FE4C207F62C3E@azsmsx406> (raw)
I am considering making some changes to the sys_read() function in
packages/redboot/current/src/syscall.c to better handle console I/O.
(ie local echo, backspace handling, etc.)
Is this function only called for console I/O? If not is there some way
to
determine if the fd being read is the console?
thanks,
Drew
